There is not a set trail or route just ride on the paved trail and keep an eye out for singletrack. There is quite a few trails here mostly beginner but there are a few tough spots nothing real hard though. A great place to work on speed.
From interstate 64 take the Gaskins road south exit to Ridgefield parkway. Make a right on Ridgefield parkway, park entrance is at the top of the hill on the right. Parking is the first right once in the park.
